1) Grant of Rights

Producer grants Licensee an exclusive, perpetual, non-transferable license to use the Beat to create unlimited Masters. Producer will remove the Beat from public sale within 48 hours of purchase. Existing non-exclusive licenses remain valid until expiry.


2) Term

Perpetual (lifetime).


3) Files Provided

WAV, MP3, and stems.


4) Usage Rights

• Create unlimited Masters.
• Unlimited streams, downloads, and copies.
• Monetize on all streaming platforms.
• Perform live without restriction.
• Use in film, television, advertising, video games, and other media without limitation.
• Run unlimited promotional campaigns.


5) Publishing & Credit

• Publishing split: 50% rav7en / 50% Licensee (unless negotiated otherwise).
• Credit must appear as: “prod. by rav7en”.


6) Content ID

Licensee may register Masters created with the Beat in Content ID systems (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). Producer will remove conflicting claims. Licensee controls monetization.


7) Producer Points

Producer is entitled to a negotiable percentage of Master royalties.


8) Samples

If the Beat contains samples, clearance is the sole responsibility of the Licensee before release.


9) Ownership

Producer retains copyright ownership of the Beat. Licensee owns Masters they create, subject to publishing splits and producer points.


10) Breach & Liability

If Licensee breaches this Agreement, Producer may revoke the license and require takedown of the Masters. Producer’s liability is capped at the License Fee paid.


11) Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved under Belgian jurisdiction.



Binding Effect

By purchasing this license, the Licensee agrees to all terms set forth in this Agreement. This Agreement is binding without signature under Belgian law.

Stems License

1) Grant of Rights

Producer grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Beat in one Master.


2) Term

This license is valid for five (5) years from the Effective Date. If the Licensee upgrades to a higher license, this Agreement is automatically terminated and replaced by the upgraded license.


3) Files Provided

WAV, MP3, and stems.


4) Usage Rights

• Record vocals and create one Master.
• Release the Master on digital streaming platforms up to 1.000.000 streams.
• Distribute up to 20.000 downloads or physical copies.
• Perform the Master live, including national radio play.
• Use the Master in independent sync projects (web series, indie films, small ads).
• Fully mix, arrange, and modify stems (without reselling or creating derivative beats).


5) Publishing & Credit

• Publishing split: 50% rav7en / 50% Licensee.
• Credit must appear as: “prod. by rav7en”.


6) Content ID

Licensee may not register the Beat or Master in any Content ID or fingerprinting system. If the Master is flagged, Producer retains monetization.


7) Restrictions

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribution of the Beat or stems is prohibited.
• Use of the Beat in major film, television, advertising, or video games requires Exclusive License.
• No unlawful, hateful, or AI-training uses.


8) Samples

If the Beat contains samples, clearance is the sole responsibility of the Licensee before release.


9) Ownership

Producer retains all rights and ownership of the Beat. Licensee owns their Master (vocals + Beat), subject to Producer’s continuing rights.


10) Breach & Liability

If Licensee breaches this Agreement, Producer may revoke the license and require takedown of the Master. Producer’s liability is capped at the License Fee paid.


11) Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved under Belgian jurisdiction.

4) Usage Rights

• Record vocals and create one Master.
• Release the Master on digital streaming platforms up to 500.000 streams.
• Distribute up to 10.000 downloads or physical copies.
• Perform the Master live.


5) Publishing & Credit

• Publishing split: 50% rav7en / 50% Licensee.
• Credit must appear as: “prod. by rav7en”.


6) Content ID

Licensee may not register the Beat or Master in any Content ID or fingerprinting system. If the Master is flagged, Producer retains monetization.

3) Files Provided

MP3 (320 kbps).


4) Usage Rights

• Up to 100.000 monetized audio streams.
• Up to 2.500 digital downloads or physical copies.
• Unlimited music videos and video streams.
• Public performance for profit: YES.


5) Publishing & Credit

• Publishing split: 50% rav7en / 50% Licensee.
• Credit must appear as: “prod. by rav7en”.


6) Content ID

Licensee may not register the Beat or Master in any Content ID or fingerprinting system (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). If the Master is flagged, Producer retains monetization.

1) Grant of Rights

Producer grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Beat strictly for non-commercial demo purposes only.


2) Term

This license is valid indefinitely for non-commercial demo use. Any commercial release requires purchase of a paid license.


3) Files Provided

MP3 (192 kbps).


4) Usage Rights

• Record vocals and create one demo track.
• Share the demo privately or on non-monetized platforms.
• Use the Beat for practice, writing, or rehearsal.


5) Restrictions

• Release of the demo on Spotify, Apple Music, or similar platforms is prohibited.
• Monetization of the demo on YouTube, TikTok, or other platforms is prohibited.

6) Content ID

8) Samples

If the Beat contains samples, clearance is the sole responsibility of the Licensee before any commercial release.


9) Ownership

Producer retains all rights and ownership of the Beat. Licensee has no ownership rights in the Beat. Any demo created remains subject to Producer’s continuing rights.


10) Breach & Liability

Any unauthorized commercial use constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in takedown or legal action. Producer’s liability is capped at zero (as this license is free).


11) Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved under Belgian jurisdiction.



Binding Effect

By downloading this file, the Licensee agrees to all terms set forth in this Agreement. This Agreement is binding without signature under Belgian law.
